GREENFIELD — An Indiana State Fair award-winning bread maker will present a bread making lesson at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the offices of Purdue Extension Hancock County, 802 Apple St., Greenfield.
Debbi Green will share her secrets for some of the breads she produces, demonstrate techniques, offer ingredient suggestions and provide samples to taste and recipes to take home.
Light refreshments will be available. The cost is $3. Reservations are due on or before Jan. 10. Send payment to Debbie Stucker, 3121 S. Theodore Lane, New Palestine, IN 46163. She can also be reached at oledads@comcast.net. The event is sponsored by the county’s Extension Homemakers.
