Dec 18, 2019 — This season, we've been sharing stories of baking and breaking bread with family, friends and community, and how bread plays a part in daily life and holiday celebrations.
Today we have two Bread Time Stories set in the outdoors. Louise McCarren, of Charlotte, Vermont, shares a favorite bread dough recipe that she's used on canoe trips into the Yukon, the Argentine wilderness and her own kitchen.

Tom Vandewater, of Colton, shares sourdough bread stories from biking and hiking trips and how his love of bread spans generations and many friendships.
